Noah is offering $0 Servicing Fees to all homeowners who submit a completed funding application and are approved for a Home Value Investment before January 31, 2021. The applicant may receive the $0 Servicing Fees promotion in the form of credits applied to the closing costs of the Noah Home Value Investment. Outside of the Noah Servicing Fees, the homeowner may be responsible for other fees during the Noah funding, including but not limited to third-party service fees such as:  Home Appraisal, Title, and Escrow.  In order to begin an application, the applicant must first meet Noah’s eligibility criteria and accept the financing estimate.
